I think the civtai expansion you mentioned is the onei used (the one that has giantess training). I used it as low strengths (0.4) alongside a PAWG/booty lora at a slightly higher strength.
if you go over 0.5 on the expansion lora you'll probably see your subject get taller regardless of your prompt, but at low strengths it introduces concepts to your generation and you can coax it with other loras along side it including BE, weight gain, hyperpreg, muscle, and pic related.
