I managed to get a workflow that worked for me using Pony and then just photoshopped the newhalf onto her original photo.

It's not AMAZING but it works.

I followed a guide on civitai, something like "40% faster workflow" or something similar and learned to install teacache/torchcompile for my 4070.

my workflow is far from optimized and I'm not sure I can find the civitai link at this point. Also I cheat the initial image generation by just stealing image from createaishemale and using aifaceswap io or GIMP to change the face.
