>>

Even people that like horse racing obviously point out the horrible ethics that companies that promote it partake in and do what they can to try and push for better conditions and proper treatment for the horses before, during and after their racing careers. There's entire businesses that are designed around trying to make sure those horses don't just get discarded and slaughtered and are also taking advantage of the growing popularity caused by umamusume worldwide to encourage more people to put pressure on those industries to push for better treatment. It's good more people are getting eyes on it, especially through a medium that encourages parasocial relationships to the horse itself, since it leads to more people caring about their treatment rather than just the money it brings in.

Italy is planning to ban the sale of horse meat, classifying horses and other equine animals as pets, and also requiring breeders to chip and nationally register their horses so they can be held accountable for them soon.
>>
Vaguely hons related game is free on steam.

>>5102552
OK but Uma musume only exists to promote gambling to zoomers. Horses are the vehicle for the gambling. It's no accident that gambling: the video game, is the new hot new game in EVERY gaming category.
>>5102555
How is it a shock tactic? Peta does kill most animals they take in while calling shearing sheep "abuse."
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>5102560
>ban and track them so strictly?
the point in tracking them is to hold the breeders and owners who carelessly discard them and sell them to slaughter accountable for animal abuse. the proposed law would make the slaughter of horses illegal due to their classification as pets/companions.
>>
>>5102567
I don't think the chipping and banning of slaughter necessarily protects horses in the union of
>we are trying to digitally enslave you and control your food supply, but we REALLY REALLY REALLY care about horses :3
Abuse is already illegal and this is simply government over reach.
Do you think requiring IDs to use discord makes it safer for kids? When governments willingly allowed the com to operate there? (The com was a blackmail sadism group ran by feds that produced CP and blackmailed teens into suicide.)

It's nice that some racehorses get nice stories at least. Wind in Her Hair turned 35 today and people brought her lots of presents to the farm she spends her retirement at. It's amazing a horse can live that long and still have lots of energy

I'm simply pointing out the people trying to enslave their citizens, are hiding command and control of your daily life behind "think of the children!" and "think of the horses!"
I think horses are great, it's why I post here. The law is about controlling citizens, not protecting horses.
>>
>>5102764
Its also pointless. Microchips are easily destroyed by uneducated who have no intent of keeping the animal alive. It takes a vet to remove one safely.
These are for enforcing taxes and other nonsense. Oi m8, lets make shoire u hab a loicense fer dat oarse! For the wicked, there’s saying ran off/lost/stolen (or stealing the horses themselves) and destroying the chips.

do horses actually like doing these kinds of shows. i sometimes worry about show horses and wonder if they genuinely have fun doing little performances like this, or even things like show jumping and wonder if they actually like the attention and doing these little performances or if the trainers have just kind of forced them to go along with it. animals are generally smarter than some people give them credit for, and horses at times have shown to love when people shower them in attention.
>>
>>5103138
It depends on so many things. How the dude is training the horse, how he is treating it, how he is pushing its limits (or not), how the horse's character is etc etc and more.
There are horses that are way above average IQ that NEED to have brainy things to do or will hurt themselves. This horse seems to be one of those and if the dude knows how to treat and train it well (which is kinda apparent here) then it's cool.
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>5103138
I think the horses understand it's for entertainment, and enjoy it to some degree. If a horse doesn't want to do something they probably won't. The diving horses were called abuse, but the owner claimed they never forced them to dive if they didn't want to.
I wonder how they get such great communication to train. How does he do the stunt where he pulls its front hoof, and its back hoof moves the hat away? You can't whip a horse into doing tricks like that.

I know this post is for YJK fags but it's worth mentioning that all male horses (both stallions AND geldings alike) often let it hang as a sign of relaxation and not arousal. The phallus may also flex for the same reasons your muscles twitch when you lay down to relax after being really tense. That being said, the photo seems to be taken from a horse fair of some sort so yeah he problably got whiff of a mare and went hnnnng.

Afaik it's been disputed but supposedly Ghislaine Maxwell owned a horse named Bubba, which means the "video of Trump blowing Bubba" could refer to either that horse OR Bill Clinton (whose nickname is also Bubba). Personally I hope it's the latter because animal abuse makes me sad. :(

Not enough info to say one way or the other based on a 14 second gif.
If it's a chronic behavior, yes. If it's something goofy the horse does when the owner comes around, he probably heard somebody laugh when he did it, and wants them to laugh again. Many horses like the sound of laughter and will repeat things that made someone laugh.
