Posted my question in the dog thread but It's urgent when it comes to my Frenchie
My dog is a fucker, cute, and doesn't have any issues following directions or have accidents in the house, but he started doing something that pisses me off and I can't stop it.
>waits for me to take a shit, follows me into the bathroom.
>when i start shitting and cant deal with him, he climbs in the boxers around my ankles and gives me a dumb look
>fucker starts pissing all over my clean boxers
>cant get up until i wipe
He's done this 3 times already, and looks smug everytime. What the hell is he doing?

Just close the bathroom door nigga

Bro, he comes in when I'm not looking usually. I live alone too, so I forget sometimes.
>>
>>5103376
But my question is more of looking for why the fuck he's doing that and if it indicates behavioral problems/
>>
>>5103376
He's never even gone in the house before these specific instances.
>>
>>5103373
Bumping for advice.
>>
He realized that it's okay to release waste in the bathroom, because that's what you do.
I had a dog that pooped in the tub twice probably for the eame reason.

>doctor, when I eat cream cheese I get nosebleeds, what should I do?
>don't eat cream cheese
It's a french bulldog.

Enviromental causes aside it could just be down to him having a few neurons miswired by the nature of his breed. They're naturally inbred, they are going to do somethings which are kinda stupid. Just close the door or take him out when he gets inside. This is a problem with an easy solution.

I ain't exactly training him to piss in my clothes though. Why does he think that is okay?
>>
>>5103383
I really can't. My other pet, a ginger cat, freaks out if I close the door.
>>
>>5103383
Also, I want to train him to be able to come into the bathroom without pissing directly into my boxers. Shit's nasty af.
>>
>>5103381
Anyone?
>>
How about this:

>Take your cat with you
>Keep your dog out

Simple.
>>
>>5103401
Again, no help with root cause.
>>
>>5103403
The root cause is preventable in keeping the dog out of the bathroom.
>>
>>5103404
I did try it once actually, but he went to my room and sprayed a pair that was laying on my bedroom floor.
>>
>>5103384
Well I'm assuming your boxers smell like poop.
>>
>>5103401
But what will I do with my bag of grain?
>>
>>5103410
They smell like heaven.
>>
>>5103373
Bump.
>>
>>5103373
Any advice besides just "shut the door"
>>
>>5103373
Bump.
>>
>>5103373
He's going to keep doing this. fuck.
>>
>>5103411

>>

>>
You need to cognitively train yourself to close the bathroom door
