Just a giant centipede. It can bite you and it can hurt. Just throw it outside. It doesn't feed on people, only on other insects.

I mean it is venomous. Just like every spider is venomous. But your average spider venom will be a mosquito bite for human.
More tropical centipedes can be dangerous. This looks like your more generic one. But then, I'm not a scolopendrist.
