i mean it doesnt really happen anymore, the reason i even started running out was because i am really bad at communicating now that she lives away, so after a while because of my poor communication she would get only a few generic things, cuz she didnt know wtf else i wanted.
id eat a big meal or two everyday for a while and then the remaining days i would just eat once a day or the same thing split into two meals for the day.

one day i checked the scale after putting a bunch of butter and oil and whatever into my dishes everyday thinking i was the same/more/overall safe from the consequences of that, but i had lost weight and it made me really paranoid, i knew i was fucking up somehow and i was consuming less than i thought i was.

now tho i am better at communicating and so i asked to go to the grocers w/ her now so i could actually pick out what i like lul and gave her a list b4 that so its been better and i regained up to 289. my current goal is 300lbs and then a bit past that once more mhehehe. ^^
