The juice ain’t worth squeezing anymore. Constant demoralization everywhere. You had to be born rich or know rich people.

moderation is key fren, i have things about me i have tried to get rid of but some of those things just dont go away but as long as i do not overindulge it doesnt feel wrong and more like a treat to myself
however, mostly referring to OP's struggle and that he should get back to school now because it becomes worse (difficult) with time

Hei Anon,
I am in a simular situation as you. I was always the quite kid, my head grown must faster than my body and I had a gigantic head for my age, everyone bullied me. Could not make any friends.
My parents neglected me and my sister outshined me in every aspect.
Currently I am studying a STEM master.

Now, you said you are doing a STEM degree, this means that you are trying to keep going on. Maybe you do not feel confident, but you are smart. I do not know your expectations, but you do not need to be perfect, many people delay their degree.

The important thing is that you keep going, if you have a bed day, week or month you need to continue. Seek for healthy relationships, for help, therapy and medication can help you. (At least they helped me)
