80% of the budget spent on chairs, one of those little stamps that does my signature, no phone but a large emergency stop button prominently displayed that signals my security to remove the client, a visibly thin desk, no drawers or anything so the client can see i have literally no paperwork also no pen

Maybe the carpet could be a richer red. Seems to work here... though this green is lighter

I already underperform the S&P, may as well do it from this room.

concrete floor, concrete walls, concrete ceiling, no windows, at least 10,000 square feet, drop ceiling with no tiles, fluorescent ceiling lights, metal folding chairs, no desks, chromebooks only, mormon soda barista (free) in the corner next to the dippin' dots vendor (paid), a ps2 with one of those plastic ddr pads in the other corner

White walls, white ceiling, and white floor. Just 2 red chairs. No other furniture. No windows.

>nice views
>downtown urban location, lots of lunch/coffee options in walking distance
>no black people
>not shitty looking inside
>decent chair
>dual monitors + decent computer setup
One company I worked at checked most of these boxes, except we had a call center that was 40 black people stuffed into a little room connected to our office and it killed the environment at times. Just random incidents of trashiness. One of them would frequently microwave fishsticks for lunch and it stunk up the whole place, even though the break room was 100' down the hall.

Motorized desk in order to be able to switch between sitting and standing. Aeron chair for sitting, walkolution for walking. A lamp able to emit more than 60,000 lumen for concentration.
Basically my current home office.

kino except for the pleb layout. desk should be pulled out from the wall with the chair on the other side so face the entrance and command the room. don't be afraid to take up space anon.

The top of a high-rise penthouse suite. Everything detailed in gold, black and white marble. A garden outside on the rooftop and a mini waterfall. Everything perfectly and professionally cleaned and organized daily with not a single spec of hair or dust visible. Armed security system outside in the hallways. A loaded S&W 1911 engraved in an open display box. A kitchenette with private maid/chef service at my disposal.
