The original spicy heat tiger sauce is unironically probably the best condiment to exist. I do not know why it is so poorly labeled, as the sweet version available in most stores absolutely sucks ass.
But the spicy heat version. Absolute kino.

I know a lot of people hate mild yellow mustard but I think it's underrated. The hotter stuff is good when you actually want the pungency but I prefer mild yellow as the base for dressings to go on vegetables or for something like potato salad.

no mustard?
>>21959826
i second this
i mix it with honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and something spicy like sambal oolek or gochujang and baste it over braised chicken thighs and meatloaf for a tangy glaze instead of the usual ketchup sauce

italian pepperoncino paste is kind of a similar product and made with olive oil. some brands might have sunflower oil added too, so just read the label if it's all sneed oils you want to avoid, not just soybean oil

I thought that was their sweet chili sauce. I just bought a bottle yesterday. I love the stuff but I didn't realize just how much sugar was in it, so I'm not going to be getting it again.

Until this brand, "Mexican" hot sauces from Mexico have been pretty terrible. This one is so good that my cousin stocks up on his annual trip to CA.
It's spicy and has a great consistency.
