Yes it is sweet. I saw a bunch of recipes, some people put a lot of sugar, I put just a 100gr for 500gr of flour and it's just how I like it.

Change of plans, making Koulourakia, not throwing this, I bought premium ingredients.

I've had Koulich and Pannetone and I don't like either. They're not tasty enough to just eat on their own, and they don't go well with butter or anything else you'd put on bread. I also hate pieces of fruit in my bread
