I'm not one to talk about premade food products but they got rid of the oil and changed the recipe right? i used to be so annoyed there was so much oil in this sometimes but now it has the scantiest amount of oil. I used to pour the oil in to another container and make some noodle dishes but now It's like chili flakes but 0 oil. I tried to do my usual udon but i didn't even have enough oil to coat the noodle properly. The oil quantity going down affects how the flavor travels so i feel like it has less flavor as well. Even the picture i found is swimming in oil. this post is to the spicy chili crisp only, i know they have other versions but that's the version i only ever used.
What the fuck happened to this?

What’s the expiration date on the bottle? Asking not in terms of it being expired but how recently it was produced
At the very least maybe you can email their customer service and get coupons for some free jars
