Why don't you dice your pepperoni for your pizza?

I like tomato on pizza but only when it's sliced not diced.
With diced pepperoni you miss out on the chance for pepperoni grease saucers.

I'm going to share an old family secret, buy a chunk of pepperoni from the deli and shred it on that side part of the cheese grater you never use.
Finely shredded pepperoni is a divine experience and I can't understand how it hasn't caught up. It's much easier to top and get just the right amount. The flavor spreads across every bite and it tastes so much better.
Honestly if I had to start life over I bet I could have opened a pizza shop just selling shredded pepperoni pizza and made a fortune. And I'm talking about fine shred, not those strips some places try to sell. It has to be like crumbles.
Try it yourself and think of me as you spontaneously orgasm.

I still use my grandma's cheese slicer for that. If the wire breaks, which it never has, you just replace the wire. It was built back in a time where having a life long meaningful product meant something.
