Why is this site so full of eggmaxers? I eat like a dozen in 2 weeks. Is everyone else eating more eggs than me?

Fun fact about eggs

In most of Europe eggs are not refrigerated in the Super Market, except for Scandinavia where eggs are required by food safety laws to be kept refrigerated.

So you can buy a completely unrefrigerated egg in France, then drive a couple hours north to Denmark and buy legally required refrigerated eggs.

3 a day is my breakfast. Much better than a bowl of cereal a day as a child. My f friend said she ate 2 but found it kinda small and I was like, yeah, so do 3. It's literally cheaper than cereal nowadays

That's a small amount of eggs for the average sized man. I can easily eat 8 eggs in a single day. Of course I only eat 4 yolks per day to avoid the extra cholesterol but eggs are comfy. No cysts like beef or pork. No nitrates like sardines.

Dietary cholesterol isn't actually bad, especially from eggs.
The "eggs are bad" verdict was because most people fry eggs in bacon fat, and that's what isn't actually healthy.
