Mostly canned bullshit and low end vegetables, Processed low grade quick sale frozen duck. Why do people waste time making these threads if they are not going to use fresh ingredients? Not a single fresh ingredient pictured.
I would take the most low effort fast food thread over some lonely poor piece of shit larping as a cook any day. These threads are made specifically for cooklets. Thread hidden. We need a Europoor/Australian filter on here.

Fun fact. Thai curries were standardized and promoted in the mid 20th century by the the Thai government as a way to spread Thai culture throughout the world via food. And more surprisingly Pad Thai was actually invented for that initiative.

Nice one cornbro! fav toppings? Dry or wet? I usually just do salt and butter, but duck fat is quite pleasurable.
>>
>>21985787
its made with coconut oil that I infused with mint leaves
best method imo is to make clarified butter, save the solids removed from it, pop the corn in the clarified butter, then toss the finished corn in the solids with a bit of fine salt

Alright, ok... I'ma do the duck curry. Not exactly sure how yet, I wanna extract flavour from these roasted duck parts so I'm thinking I'll make a curry stock with the red curry paste, duck, water and perhaps some celery, carrot and bay leaves.
Whatcha think?

0/10 from me anon, and a big waste of money. You tried to infuse two different cuisines into one which is never successful. You can tell when someone doesn't actually know how to cook when they buy a piece of meat like a duck just for the sole purpose of making stock. A real cook would first make a roast then use the left-over drippings and bones as a stock for another dish. The dish you're making doesn't come close to anything that you can call a curry. This is another episode of a white person buying exotic ingredients and just for the sole purpose of making a shitter version of their own white people food. My advice would be to stick to originality and not bastardise traditional recipes.

Without innovation we stagnate. It's ok, brother, you'll just have to wait for the trickle down effect.

Unless you drank too much estrogen water while you were growing up or were constantly in pic rel you masturbated. Anyone who says otherwise is coping because they feel shame about their functioning adult hormones and sex drive and are trying to feel superior about themselves.

Name some. Not cuisines that were standardized in the 20th century but cuisine that was specifically standardized by a nation's government for the express purpose of spreading the nation's culture globally via their food.

Alright let's finish this fucking duck curry.
I'm going to pull the meat, remove the bones and bay leaves, then blend the carrot and celery into the broth- last time I made Thai curry I witnessed the coconut cream re-homogenizing once I added blended broccoli so we are going to reattempt that.

Fuck you. You post this shit a lot. You've posted such things in MY threads. And every single time the food in the images could not be fresher. It's like you're going for a total opposite kind of trolling.
You sincerely need to fuck off. Your posts reek of desperation and envy. Also, you've never once cooked for us or shown off your superior life. I wonder why that is.
