Kalamata olives really don't belong on a pizza, unless it's a "greek/gyros" specialty pizza with gyros meat, feta, onions, pepperoncini, etc.

For normal pizza, the only real choice is the humble cheap black olive, which adds mild flavor and meaty texture, without much saltiness or bitterness, and pairs well with other standard toppings.

I've been putting the leftover ricotta in my oatmeal. It's made it so creamy and yummy.
Also put in some leftover noon chai from last night that I didn't finish. It was very tasty.
