This. Or you could buy/make candy that is mostly sugar and doesn't use nuts/seeds/chocolate which is what adds a lot of calories quickly. Eat a bit of honey or have a little soda.

Mashed banana with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate, microwave it. Season it however you want.

Fruit are your best bet for the best calories/weight ratio.
For example, watermelons/melons have ~30 calories per 100g.

walmart sugar free ice cream sandwiches

Fruit plus plain greek yogurt. It's basically a dessert without the calories and shitty macros.

>Come Dine With Me
It's ok when they have crazies on but the gay guy who does the voiceover is super annoying and it's obviously scripted as hell. The production crew definitely made that lad suck the whisk.

Just eat fruit or get stevia sweetened stuff. I've never been big on sweets unless I'm stoned. I have gourmet sugar-free syrups and an espresso machine. So I make fat-rich decaf drinks when I want something sweet. The fake sugar is really good these days and when you mix it with fat you can't even tell. Works for me. But you have the fat calories. There really isn't anything that both tastes good and sweet and is low in calories. I've been searching for such items my entire life and they just don't exist.

Not to bandwagon here but

Plain lean greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries. You can even add some crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey without getting our of had.

A scoop of chocolate protien powder and a quarter cut of quick oats, soaked overnight oats style, then blended is also surprisingly satisfying. But thats more of a morning or pre activity kind of thing.

I lost a lot of weight with almond butter, powdered vanilla and blueberries when I was keto. I ate maybe 6 table spoons of almond butter a day.

This although I swap out the sugar free syrup for monkfruit sugar

Get the sugar free ones of these and they're basically no calories. Like 10 per packet or something insane for a huge bowl.

1-2 of those Ghirardelli chocolate squares
Berries with some whipped cream/cool whip
Extra creamy oatmilk with strawberry protein powder, sorta tastes like a milkshake

If you want trash foods most ice cream sandwiches are under 200 cal and a single poptart is also.
