What should I do with my bottle of herbal amaro? I don't think that anyone in the household really wants to drink it straight.
Nothing that involves buying an additional bottle of alcohol, please.

Herbal amaro... If it tastes similar to Fernet branca, which is also in the picture you posted, you could try mixing it with coke to mitigate the bitterness a bit and add a richer, tastier flavor. That's what we do with fernet branca in Córdoba, it's extremely popular here.
You can try it with normal, unsweetened, regular soda like a sangria kind of, or you can mix it with citric juices for a better tasting non-alcoholic drink.

I think Anon was asking what other bottles of alcohol you have, so you can avoid buying additional.
For example, I would suggest stirring
15ml simple syrup
30ml espresso
45ml gin/whisky
30ml amaro
over ice, then straining into a chilled glass with a fresh ice cube and flaming an orange peel on top

I'm Cordobese and it's the most popular alcoholic drink here, mixed with coca cola, and straight fernet with no coke or anything to mitigate it tastes like cough syrup lmao
That shit smells strong, bitter, leafy and has a bit of effervescence, the best way to prepare it in a glass is 25-30% fernet and 75-70% coke

Can you tell me more about this amaro? I would drink ~20mL after dinner, but that's me.

Get fucked, OP.
Equal parts of Jamaican rum, dry curacao, amaro, and lime juice. Shaken over ice and strained into a cocktail glass. It's fucking delicious even for people who don't like amaro.
