Toasted baguette from a local bakery with sauce from a local Italian deli, shredded mozz and parm, and soppressata from the same deli. Added grated parm, crushed red pepper, oregano, and a little garlic powder.

The crust looks a tad hard, was it maybe cooked in a static oven and/or without letting the dough leaven enough?
Still, it looks more like a pizza than anything else in the thread.

Never understood fresh tomatoes on pizza. Pizzas are already covered with puréed essence of tomato.

The cheese blend was labeled a "mac and cheese" blend. It still worked but I wouldn't use it on pizza again.

garlic knots. Fuck up the timing or the temp, the parley came out burnt and pretty bitter.

That's actually the recipe I used for this one. I recommend it. Especially their tip on putting extra cheese around the side of the pan.

Its pretty easy to make, it's just 4 ingredients after all, I find stretching to be the hardest part about making pizza.

That's unfortunate, mine was like 700 dollars thanks to a sale and coupon but looking at it now it's 1400 dollars.

Cast iron pizzas dont need to be oily, greasy, and fried.
Just dont use any oil or only wipe a very light layer with a napkin.
