bruegger's used to do a fall themed 'harvest panani' with roasted turkey, cheddar cheese, sliced green apples, pickled red onions and cranberry mayonnaise that was incredibly good

what's offputting about it to you?
i like it because avocado is fatty which complements tuna's leanness very well, and the cheese curds have a nice taste and great stretch when melted. the sourdough ties it all together

>chicken caesar, bacon, bruschetta, maybe sub a spicy grilled shrimp
>patty melt with english muffins

I'm sure it tastes fine but the coloration and the cheese curds make it look like a moldy decaying maggot infested rat that was thrown in a blender

I made this the other week. it looks like shit in the picture because I'm too cheap to buy a panini press so I had to try to smash it between 2 frying pans, but it tasted godlike. it's prime rib, gruyere, caramelized onions, and a spread made out of horseradish and roasted garlic.
