I'm a bitch, Snap. I only like to draw when it fancies me, but that combined with my busy life of responsibilities and the few temporary pleasures I have consuming that space leaves me little time for growing recreationally. One could say that learning Comp Sci, what I'm in school for on the weekend is my art, one could say that going back to the gym to take control of my body is my vision, but I'm spread so thin here. I want to learn to draw better, I also want to learn music theory and composition, and I want to learn more about Godot and videogsme creation... yet when I am sitting at home with a few minutes to myself I never raise a finger to commit to any of these arts, never giving myself that opprotunity to build a discipline. To get good you need to do something consistently, maybe not every day but close, and I just don't have the mental fortitude to take steps forward even if the alternative is nothing. I want to do better, but fuck me there is some big giant wall stopping me from even trying in my own head, its the gayest lamest wall in the world, and yet my cross to bear. How do I overcome this and be someone who actually wants to do shit again?
