Yes but he's the best Babs villain.

>need a house built
>call up carpenter and tell her you're a supervillain and need a lair
>pay her
>while she's working you romance her
>next thing she knows she built a house for the two of you and she's pregnant with your kid
>>
>>152665061
No, Calander man is lamer.

Modern day Joker

>I've tracked Killer Moth to a bar on the lower West Side; I'm going to switch into civvies, flirt him up a bit, then pull him aside and take him out.
>Why don't we jump him when he's five beers in and stumbling around the parking lot, Babs?
>No can do, I've already got eyes on the target and mojito in hand. Turning off comms.
>>
>>152665061
No.
>Oh look at me I'm so edgy and dark! I'm the Batman that's also a Jonkler! You like those characters, right kids?
>>
>>152666276
A diabolical scheme worthy of the worst supervillain in Gotham, the Impregnator!
>>
>>152665061
Define "lame." Costume, gimmick, schemes? What are we discussing here?
>>
>>152667054
>Batman that's also a Jonkler!

and not the first time that ideia was made
>>
>>152665070
>>
>>152665063
the fuck is batman talking about? i dont think bats drive jet planes or shoot grappling hooks.
>>
>>152667798
But those are foreseeable tools for someone of Batman's resources. He's completely blindsided by a moth themed villain using attack bears. It's like The Penguin suddenly busting out a tron frisbee.
>>
>>152667798
He's talking about animal themes. He'd have expected giant mutated moths to attack him rather than bears.
>>
>>152668038
>Where the fuck would I get the equipment, much less the know-how, for giant mutated moths? Some of us work for a living, Mr. I've-Got-A-Rocket-Car!
>>
>>152667928
why wouldnt penguin toss frisbees? hes a fucking human. they all are. is batman so fucking crazy that he thinks he's actually fighting giant moths and penguins? hes fighting a adult man in a costume and a deformed midget.
>>
>>152669679
it's a matter of principle. If you're gonna use a theme then stick to it. It's like if the green arrow suddenly pulled out a shotgun
>>
>>152669696
>no penguin, you cannot sit at the table. you cannot eat people food. killer moth the toilet is for humans only, please shit on the porch like we discussed
>>
>>152669679
There's a reoccurring theme that a big part of why Batman is such a good "detective" is because he has an intimate understanding of the insane minds that live in Gotham and their need to remain on-brand with their chosen identities.

Having a technomorph villain isn't a bad idea or even having a mechanical drider like villain. But the design complety ruins it.
>>
>>152665070
A woman in an actually well-designed fully covered bodysuit with those tools as large cartoon weapons and overalls would be sick as fuck and comic writers reusing the condiment king joke is tiresome. Condiment king worked because it is outlandish to the point where it is limited in use and a creative person knows that is a limited idea.

No I believe Walker is still better than guys like Ten-Eyed Man, Crazy Quilt, Kite-Man, and Polka-Dot Man. Moth's problem is that he's like bottom tier anti-Batman doppelganger these days. He loses out to Owlman, Wrath, Failsafe, etc. I think Prometheus migrated over to Green Arrow, didn't he?
>>
>>152670827
No way in hell KM loses out to Wrath. Wrath is hard carried by his first appearance and has only shown up a handful of times in 40 years.
>>
>>152666886
why isnt this a fancomic already?
>>
>>152671493
Fancomic? Don't you mean porn?
>>
>>152670827
Thanks to Booster Gold, it is canon that Killer Moth needs only one good heist to gain the confidence needed to take over Gotham.
>>
>>152671493
Look up "BatMoth" in desuarchive.
>>
>>152665061
Is there a story where killer moth gets in trouble with killer croc because his name?
>>
>>152672420
No, but Croc has beaten up Moth and stolen his hideout before.
>>
>>152672420
No. He almost showed in B:TAS, but he was going to be Killer Croc's wrestling partner before Croc turned to crime.
>>
>>152665061
Fuck no. He was so effective, he needed to be shot in the head by his own mook to nerf him.
Green Vulture, now that's a lame villain.
>>
He should have a slight resemblance to Bruce Wayne after having plastic surgery to look like him. Though oddly enough, semi-recent art has him looking more like a Peter Parker.

>dont think bats drive jet planes or shoot grappling hooks
They fly and hang from above.

Is he Batman's Shocker?
btw Shocker isn't lame

Venture Bros character

I enjoy the parts in Batgirl: Year One where Killer Moth has to work with Firefly and gets visibly perturbed at the repeated demonstrations that Firefly is a murderous psycho.

In general I like Killer Moth as a "just wants to rob banks" kind of villain who sometimes gets way in over his head. Like the DC version of the Shocker.

hes cool as fuck.
youre just 30+ and a miserable faggot

>We don't have time for you to make a new thematic costume, Calendar Man, and no one fucking cares about World Hearing Day!
>Goddamn it, Stingaree, you don't have to do the pirate accent at all times, I can barely understand you through this shitass walkie-talkie as is!
>I don't care that you didn't burn anything down this time, Firefly, stop revealing our secret plans to strippers!
>No, Magpie, I do not want to hear about your cryptoinvestments or Polymarket.
>>
>>152677921
last story I recall her in she was a villain hideout re-modeler. It's a kinda neatconcept
>>
>>152677921
Her? You can't; she sucks.
But a Carpenter truly based off of Carroll's poem and Tenniel's drawings? A frightening manipulator at the moral level of masses of humanity. Worse and harder to fight than Glorious Godfrey.
>>
>>152680534
It would be comedic gold
>>
>>152667671
Take your pick.
>>
Apparently Killer Moth has a "fatherly voice" that women swoon over, since he's technically just Batman but instead of bats it's moths.

>>152669808
Case in point
>>
>>152681676
Thus far, it's just babs. Have we gotten any other corroboration on Moth's voice?

I mean attacking someone with power tools is already deadly enough, especially if they are modified tool-weapons made with the sort of stuff every random villain can scrounge up.
>>
In his first appearance at least. Killer Moth's gimmick was that he was an anti-Batman. A rich socialite with an alter ego who fought the police on behalf of the criminal underworld. And he had a Moth-Cave, Mothmobile, a Moth Signal, the whole deal. Kind of an interesting concept but I feel like it would come off as too goofy in the modern day so instead they just treat him like a gag villain
>>
>>152665061
Is he lamer than Calendar man?
>>
>>152665061
He's not even close to the lamest
>>

>Dispensable gun barrel liners
...would this actually work?
>>
>>152667054
>character that shamelessly weaponizes the "batman is an unbeatable GOD with preptime!" and "joker is da cuhrayzeeiest! supervillains that can kill him in a million different ways in a second FEAR him!" wank to become the single most dangerous man in DC
I don't understand how you can call this lame. He is the funniest Batman villain
>>
>>152667054
They should have made him a clone 50% Batman and 50% Joker and instead of going full villain he was actually a troubled character debating which side (hero/villain) puts more smiles on people's faces
