what baffles me is the marketing people insist on putting these gross jokes in the trailers.
"Surely" this will bring more people to threatre seats. As for the animation I noticed they at least tried to tone it down a little, unfortunately the stench of this stuff will forever cloud the project.
Similarly in KFP4 , even after stream releases what would convince people to play the movie? Showing Po is a great, warrior, friend or cook? NO, showing that fat fuck FARTS!

That movie was not particularly funny... I've seen people say that's the only joke kids laughed at. They probably had very few spoiler-free scenes to put in the trailers.

Good animation can make anything entertaining. I don't even think basketball anime would be that intense. It felt like the same creators from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Apparently it was the same team that did K-Pop demon hunters, which of course both belong to Sony Pictures Animation.
