I think I watched this show 5 times over and I don't have an favorite episode. Probably the closest thing is road to multiverse but Seth absolute retarded atheist take on that episode really drags it down for me, not exactly his fault, more or less an product of the time.

From the modern seasons I like the episode were peter has a bunch of surrogate kids and is my favorite before they went full retarded and the really modern ones the one were lois almost kill that coffee barista because is pretty tense.

From the old seasons I liked anything focusing on Stewie and Brian but modern writes can't do anything with them anymore, but they are pretty good at writing crazy bitches. Even Peter getting raped or molested jokes are getting stale, believe it or not. The shock value they once had is completed sanded out since they done so much of those by now, and I LOVE rape jokes.
