I genuinely don't think so, because so much of ReBoot's identity stems from the shitty early aughts CGI that would be an absolute nightmare to recreate in this day and age. If a ReBoot continuation had the same production value as, say, TADC, it would honestly take away from the charm of the setting because it would start looking like every other cookie cutter 3D animated series.
Also, replacing Megabyte's voice would just destroy his character.

I don't want a continuation and in all honesty I consider the series to have ended at the end of daemon rising. My Two Bobs sucked.

Disney sat on Oswald for years. Try to make your own Oswald cartoon and the lawyers will descend.
Can't make your own "Coyote vs Acme" either.
Even Apple, which has plenty of money and lawyers of its own, couldn't make "Foundation" without cutting a deal with Asimov's heirs.
