It's never been a fair competition when one network is operating under THE Walt Disney Company. Disney TVA's made its own mistakes so far this decade, but they'll always be protected because of said parent company.

Didn't even exist by the late 10s. The Big 3 were Disney, Warner, FOX. Paramount was "big 5" but was knocked off that pedestal before the pandemic.
