it's good enough but the pro bending feels like a waste of time and it kinda forces everyone to bend much smaller and precise through kickboxing, while i prefer classic big scale bending.
it also got some social drama, adding some botched character development.

Season 1 sets up an interesting concept, it's barely good though. The problem with watching the show is you'll be tempting to keep going, but the rest plummets into pretty much garbage.
Either skip it or watch some episodes to see if you're interested. Keep watching for the slop and to enjoy the porn...

Korra was plagued by a host of problems during production. S1 is okay, but focuses on things that ultimately don't matter too much. That's all they originally had planned for Korra. Then Nick gave them 3 more seasons and a bunch of funding.
They wasted that on S2 by hiring the shitty ass studio that animated Naruto for half the episodes (and they look like shit), and also didn't spend enough time on the writing. S2 suffered a lot and is shit while also ruining the lore of the series.
S3 is the height of the show and actually pretty good. I liked the villains, the animation was way better, characters got to really show off their abilities, over all a good season.
S4 was when Nick gave up on the show. S2 really ruined the viewership numbers and S3 didn't return them, so Nick sent the show to online streaming only. This pissed off the creators and they sorta just gave up on telling a good story and went with what they thought sounded "cool". The main villain honestly wasn't too bad, but it was really lame how they decided the final conflict would build and then they introduced a twist. THEN at the end of it all they made Korra and Asami bi and go off wordlessly into the spirit world to end the show, which sparked a shit load of drama.

Overall I think the show is worth watching if you really like the avatar franchise, but at the same time not a must watch. It's very different from Last Airbender.

Fear. He approached her casually and she took their relationship from a 0.5 to an 11 near immediately. She was clearly a very powerful bender and was so clingy and possessive that Bolin even talking to Korra bothered her. And his fear was proven justified since the first thing she did after finding out he was leaving was go full yandere mode and try to force him to come back. Then she proved it even further when she immediately set up an impromptu shotgun wedding the next time she got her hands on him.
