The Mimic is inconsistent. It survives several encounters with hydraulic compression and falling into a foundary filled with molten metal.
But it also loses a limb to a shoddy as service elevator door (technically this is after like 60 years of operation but eh).
Prototype does inexplicably survive the train crash, but his parts don't seem equipped for tension force (we've basically only seen his bum ass twice though).
I think I'd give it to the Mimic since it doesn't explicitly have a history of relying upon a chemical compound to regenerate, it is just tough and unrelenting.
