I don’t know, but she’s hot

She's the Squidward
The cynical struggling young adult whom older viewers can relate to and kids still find entertaining due to her chemistry with the protagonists

Slap stick comedy honestly.

Laughs.

I wish she'd do something Japanese.

I always assumed she was just a one off character who they decided to keep using after the internet got a hold of her

She's a foil to Cricket. He's a country kid who somehow fits in and shapes the city around him. She's a would be city girl who can't keep up and is constantly overwhelmed. Or at least that was the idea. After a bit she's just a dork. Which is still good.

For me it's Nancy.

Do you think Nancy was by the bed, holding Gloria's hand while Bill tried to cram his Planter's peanut jar into that ass?

She's the closest thing Big City Greens has to a "relatable character" for viewers older than the target audience but not so old to be watching the show with children of their own. Teens and young adults YEARN for someone like Gloria, so it's weird how vestigial she's become these last two seasons or so.

I don't recall her ever mentioning that film
