I was watching one of those "Heavy Rescue" programs; heavy equipment operators righting flipped tractor-trailers which are blocking busy expressways,
They attach cables and chains and pull with 50 tons of force.
The hard part is making those connections so the torque is applied in the right places and in the right direction. Takes years of experience.

Must be a better, faster, cheaper solution which'd put all those guys out of business.
