Her finding/conjuring her manic mask in an attempt to cope sounds likely
I'll be very happy if Manic Gangle actually ends up being relevant to the plot, because not only was she a delight but that episode feels like an odd episodic excursion otherwise

And yeah, Jax's unconscious mind realising its full potential to conjure sounds like a recipe for disaster for all involved

Imagine you are Ragatha walking through a Nazi death camp. Above you is a bunch of Jews screaming on a roller coaster that leads into ovens. You watch them through the windows as they find out the shower heads are fake. Instead of water a powdered pesticide for typhus called zyklon B comes out in a gas form and this somehow kills them. You go home knowing the Nazis are the most evil people to ever live.

Pretty much. I think the "bittersweet" and "heavy" theme Goose implied is only the fact they can't go back to real world. The rest of the episode is them gaining hope by replacing Caine and fixing the abstracted. They kind of hinted at Scratch being the reason characters are abstracted since abstraction was a special way he wrote the programming code, so he will probably fix them.
RibbitxRabbit, QueeniexKinger, Abstragedy, FunnyGummy and "Ragatha who resolved her mommy issues" will be the final happy ending.
