I'm working on some worldbuilding with some 12'-15' tall mini-giantesses. Unfortunately this also implies that there are male mini-giants, which complicates things, since they basically exist for the sake of snu-snu. They're roughly double human-sized, that means either giant dongs are roughly double-sized and human dongs seems half-sized by contrast and giant pussy is like throwing a hotdog down a hallway, or male giants have disproportionately small, human-sized junk. I think at the very least giants should have more girth, if not necessarily more length.

And there would be half-giants of both sexes, which just complicates things further.

Explain your worldbuilding further. Thread's dying, and garanasour hasn't updated. You can go a little further with crazy ideas if you want, as well. Quantum entanglement or magic makes these giants in a way like ant-man. They're bigger as a matter of how space treats them, and not as a result of the number of their individual atoms. Give them a strange relationship with the fabric of space that makes their size technically a highly complex projection of sorts. This solves any issues with the square-cube law and even allows for variable sizes. It also solves the penis and vagina thing. You can have it that when mating, the penis always becomes the right size once it passes a certain depth and/or is out of sight, without any biological issues. The male organ's relationship with space gets altered the same way the woman's body is altered. Schrodinger's cavernous vagina. If sci-fi, go with the quantum entanglement thing. If magic, go with magic or be more oblique about the sci-fi explanation. Feel free to steal any or none of the above. This shit just came to me suddenly.

As for the unfortunate implication of male giants and half-giants, go for them being female only and requiring males. A good way to make it work may be to make them an incomplete species, maybe artificial and flawed.
