I enjoy the idea, but its something that I'm not always into. Mutual gain is only arousing to me ~5% of the time and the rest of the time I just like fat girls. And it does help to be more conventionally attractive when going after fat women, unless they're specifically into this too.

There are so many ways to add extra calories these days, even if you start out with a thin girl. Coffee drinks - literally every girl loves these - are easily hundreds of calories (even the sugar free versions). Make those a regular part of her intake and she'll start gaining. Accept that she's not going to love it all the time. She'll have times where she diets and drops weight. But if you've conditioned her into this lazy, decadent lifestyle it will always be inevitable that she puts it back on.
My wife at her peak was just about 400 pounds. It was incredible. We did keto and she got down to about 320. We stopped and she got back up to 370. Then she took Ozempic and got down to 280 or so. She stopped that when she got pregnant with our 3rd child and is back up to 320. She can't help but gain weight at this point, because I've conditioned her to do it over the course of a 20 year relationship. She'll never be thin.

However, I have no way to confirm this because there’s no extremely obvious signs yet aside from a slight layer of pudge that’s always been there, and I never bothered to buy a scale for myself.
