Resin printers are cool but the resin is a legit biohazard until it completely cures, which is hard to guarantee without turning it brittle from blasting it with UV. Unless you want to make a really intricate custom design, you can print a pretty solid cage on an FDM printer. I've been designing my own cages for about 2 years now, and I can print a whole cage in under 12 hours on my old piece of crap printer for a couple cents. A cheap Bambu printer could probably do it in 4 hours and make it multicoloured.
