That's definitely animu "style". Even without the literal chibi. If ever in doubt, look at the way the eyes are drawn.
I think the rule's primarily about keeping out what mods personally consider "ugly" art styles. Overtly cartoonish stuff. Hence the inconsistency, I guess; something like an inanimate object TF thread will be hella lax, cuz it's an inherently cartoonish fetish and any mod browsing cuz they're into that probably wont be so picky.

depends on the size, ideally doll sized I would want them to be comfortable and cozy, I'd like to buy or make them a nice little house, with a phone or tablet they could use as a TV, maybe some cutsy frilly doll clothes if they are into that but I wouldn't force them (though I imagine some would rather enjoy being a pampered little princess)
