Try anima for the base gen and refine it with noob maybe? Depending on what you want to do, multi chara gens are pretty easy to do with just t2i. Futa on anything is pretty bad gacha but I think anima should be able to it if you want to spend the time tinkering and inpainting. Picrel is straight t2i with a pretty basic prompt. But you'd still have to inpaint details and stuff.

By the way as a tip and the reason I tried that gen is Dynamic Lora Weights on Reforge, not new but new to me.
Very powerful, it's like keyword blending but for loras, allows you to abuse the weights without quality loss.

For example I used it on that areola lora as
<lora:loraname:0@0,3@0.2,1.5@0.6>

This means
>0@0 (start lora as 0 weight to not affect composition)
>3@0.2 (at 20% steps crank up the lora weight to 3 to shock the gen with an absurdly gigantic areola)
>1.5@0.6 (at 60% simmer down to a more reasonable 1.5 so the remaining steps "heal" the gen)

The tool allows you to use otherwise garbage loras as well.
For example, a concept or pose lora that destroys your style can be given reign over the start of the gen and then turned off at the latter half.
On the opposite side, a detail lora that unnecessarily affects composition, pose and anatomy can be activated only at the end steps, so it's unable to influence those, limiting it to detail.

My only complaint is it's incompatible with controlnet, it's otherwise perfect

I'm really hoping we can get a finetune of one of a newer model like flux or z-image one day. SDXL models is are decent enough if you just want sex stuff, but it's super limited outside of that. I genned this using z-image turbo. It's still slop, and this model doesn't understand some stuff, such as how to show a sword being held from the back as you can see in this image, but the model is very capable. Character portrait, health bar, text, enemies, everything was just prompted with natural language. Only inpainting I did was to remove some weird objects on the ground, probably a result of the lora I'm using, and fix a misspelled word. Biggest downside is that this model sucks for anything nsfw. It even struggles with decent cleavage sometimes unless you use a lora. A finetune similar to illustrious or noobai would be amazing, but I'm not sure if it will happen. It would take a lot of money and time to train something like that anyway, but I can hope.

I just noticed something about my inpainting workflow, which is like, load image with the mask edit thing > encode > sampler > decode
but iterative inpaints fry the rest of the image outside of the mask. I guess this is because the entire image gets encoded and then decoded through VAE but how do I prevent this?

That's a whole different rabbit hole btw, so be prepared. If you're using ComfyUI you can try out some workflows from Civitai or so to get a feeling for it. Wan 2.2 probably has the most Loras and fine tunes for NSFW stuff. I can also tell you that my RTX 3060 with 12GB does it just fine in a reasonable amount of time (about 5 minutes for 31 frames in 720p). You don't need a 2000$ GPU for this crap, don't listen to the leather jacket.

Not sure if you wanted more of that style specifically, but here a a couple of z-image gens using a BoTW style lora. Z-image is very limited when it comes to breasts, but it can gen some decent booty. Also, not sure if it's the model itself or the lora, but feet often come out bad. SDXL models are much better at certain things, such as facial expressions, hairstyles. Z-image is just very underwhelming at stuff that isn't realistic.
