From a narrative standpoint, a potential of a women's prison seems to be lesbianism. Specifically, horny women that aren't normally lesbian, except for a lack of access to other options.

Something which I always find lacking in these pictures: No wardens

Coming from the latex kink angle, they'd obviously wear the same kind of suits, but blue and white instead of orange and black.
>They wear gas mask as the facility's air is laced with fumes to keep the prisoners compliant, with additional sleeping gas in case of a riot (Or whatever else the wardens decide to put in the tank, depending on how cruel or horny they feel)
>Lastly the wardens wear chastity devices they cannot remove around prisoners. A measure to keep the poor prisoners save. (Or at least that's what the ethics committee demanded.) Alas, the wardens can become quite agitated when being denied release and love to take it out on the inmates.
