You should be able to achieve this with inpainting, though it might be a bit of a chore.

Gen your base image of your two characters using your artist lora, don't worry about the proportions/details too much at this stage. Once you have both your characters in roughly the right poses/composition, use inpainting to mask your girl, turn up the denoise so that the AI can make more significant changes, add the skinny lora to your prompts, and run it. Once you're satisfied with what the first character looks like, clear the mask and repeat the process with your femboy and the hyper lora, just remember to remove the skinny lora from the prompts and prune any unnecessary tags that might cause confusion between the two characters.

See picrel for an example. This was a request I worked on where they wanted a male riding a strapon worn by a woman. I struggled to get the right gender on top, wearing the strap, etc because the tags and AI skew really hard for male characters to be the dominate/top in pics with both male and female characters for obvious reasons. Ultimately, I abandoned trying to use "1girl, 1boy,..." and ended up using "1boy, trap,..." tags to just make the image on the right and then pruned prompt tags as needed and inpainted each character separately to get the final image on the left. Granted I didn't use any loras for this image, but the general idea is the same. Remember, inpainting is just an img2img run that only makes changes on the masked area and the higher the denoise value, the more the AI is "allowed" to modify the original masked area. You'll likely have to play around with it some if you're not familiar/comforable with inpainting as you can get some pretty wacky results if the denoise is set too high.

For my example, yeah that might've worked well. And maybe I'm just not doing it right, but prompt editing seems very inconsistent and the best use I've gotten out of it is mixing artist tags a little bit better than just using weights per tag. If you're the anon that mentioned it as a good way to do futa without balls in a previous thread, I tried it around that time and was only moderately successful with it.

For the guy I was replying to, I don't know if that would work well with his separate characters and needing to use different loras specific to each one though.

Good job with inpainting the separate characters, they definitely contrast each other well.

Some small critques/notes in regard to details:
- Keep an eye on your backgrounds. The grating behind Artoria doesn't line up and the building above Astolfo's head kinda fuzzs out into nothing. I'm not sure what model/process you're using but if you're on A1111/Forge webui, this typically happens when selecting "Only masked" instead of "Whole picture" under the Inpaint Area section. The phrasing is kind of misleading, inpainting only adjusts the masked area anyway - that option essentially breaks down to Only masked = "adjust the masked area but only consider what's masked" and Whole picture = "adjust the masked area but keep the rest of the image in mind while doing so". In practical terms, "Only masked" will usually get you higher details (I personally use it to touch up eyes/faces) but has more risk for hallucinations with higher denoise values and "Whole image" is better for large scale changes because the AI will consider the area around the mask and try to make it line up better. Picrel is an old gen of mine before I understood the difference. Around her feet you can see the brick is muddied and near her hands you can see random tiny boxes/candles that were generated because I used a higher denoise to fix the fingers but didn't prune out my background prompts. I've thrown out whole ass pics because the background details got too weird and I couldn't reconcile them.


- Additional character details can get weird too sometimes during inpainting. Astolfo's sack is covered in latex that doesn't go anywhere and doesn't fully envelope it. Watch out for stuff like that when inpainting.

- Lastly, this is a personal thing, but really shiny skin on your characters is an AI dead giveaway. It might be worth it to play around with image effect prompts like pastel, watercolor, oil painting, etc. Check posts by blurry eyes and 0.4 for some contrasting inspiration

Not on my pc rn but when I get on I we’ll send my settings. I use the stand alone anima Lora trainer. it’s rlly no different than normal Lora training. I use prodegy with 1 learning rate 32/32 dim/alph but I can do 31/16 I jsut do 32 bc I can. 4 batch size 2 gradient. and I try to do 3k total steps and each epoch is 200-400 steps. ect and the usual stuff. Trained like 3-4 Lora’s. but I encountered a problem am trying to fix. Lora trainer has a sample feature where it gens an image each epoch. The Lora’s look rlly good (to me atleast) and follows the style faithfully but when I start genning in comfy it’s shit or doesn’t follow the style. Still trying to fix that. And for captioning. I heard u can add natural language alongside normal dan tags. So for complex scenes like two characters you can finally use natural language to describe it and help it understand the scene more. I mostly download imahes with their tags straight from Dan. So most of the tags are made. And then I run it though like wdv or whatever it is called for auto tagging and manually natural language caption each image

As far as I know, Krita should work with any NoobAI-based checkpoint (or Illustrious). I’m currently using this one: https://civitai.com/models/1318945?modelVersionId=2044887
The only checkpoints I’m unsure about are Chenkin Noob and NoobAI-RectifiedFlow.

My workflow depends on how complex the pose or scene is.
Simple poses/scenes:
If the model follows the prompt easily, I generate the image from scratch without any prior drawing.

More complex poses/scenes where the model struggles to follow the prompt, I do the following:
Remove most of my LoRAs.
Add lineart and monochrome to the prompt.
Generate at around 90% strength on an empty canvas.
This usually produces something like this: https://files.catbox.moe/vktd78.png. These types of images make it easier to edit.

When I'm done editing the lineart:
Add a ControlNet layer and choose a model. I personally use the Line Art ControlNet model, but you can also try Scribble, Soft Edge, or Canny Edge and see if they work better.
Add back all the LoRAs I want to use.
Select the generated image to use as a reference.
Remove lineart and monochrome from the prompt and move the denoise to 100%.

After getting a good base image, I will start upscaling.
First pass is a 1.5x upscale with 40–50% denoise.
Second pass is at 2.0x with 30–40% denoise.
Lastly, at 4.0x with 20% denoise.

On every single upscale pass, I will check for any weird artifacts or strange anatomy, and only after fixing them will I go to the next upscale pass.
Throughout the entire process, I use the Freehand Selection Tool to inpaint the part I select.

If you want to add multiple characters, you can use region prompting in Krita on top of this workflow.

There are some extra steps/tricks I use, but that would make the post a bit too long.

Ok Lora test number one. I trained a Lora using ur data set 1 and 2 the square version. Using batch size 4 gradient 2 and 4 repeats. I did 64/64 instead of 32/32 bc it Only used like 12vram and I wnated to get my bang for my buck. So now the Lora is 260mb kek. My internet went out and my pc doesn’t have wireless. I trained 13 epochs so made 13 gens for each one. now keep in mind I mighta used a style that’s not fit for the concept of foreskins and I didn’t upscale. now as u can see the concept of foreskins work. But I don’t think to the extent of excessive foreskin that you like. For now am doing another Lora with 32/32 bc 260mb is jsut to big. But this time I did like 6 or 10 repeats? Don’t rlly remebr. And did 2 gradient and 6 batch size. Should be done cooking in 12 hours. if it still doesn’t work. Amma edit the dataset to where it only shows the penis so it can focus on the actual foreskin part and exlude the useless stuff like the characters and background. so if test two fails amma do that in test 3. The gens are ordered from gen 1-13. And to it get confused the gen of epoch 1 is the one with no foreskin at all. when the Wifi gets back amma post the Lora. So u can test them. Or not if they’re not to ur standards. but if u wanna test some tell me which ones and amma upload em. Can’t upload em all since limited data and all.

I am definitely surprised by how easy Krita is to use, and the inbuilt functions are really competent, especially the upscaling. If I tried to do that with my current upscaling workflow inside Comfy it would spit out garbage.
