OP here, just to clarify in case I didn't explain the thread, I'm referring to this time period as the "Skins era" because of the series that aired during those years, just to give it a name. I'm specifically referring to that transition between the late 2000s and early 2010s. I used that range of years as an example, but it doesn't matter if you post things from one or two years earlier or later; it's just a general range. Also, I'm not just referring to fashion and youth culture from those years. You can post things like technology, media, mini-trends, events, or anything relevant to pop culture from those years. If you were very present during that era, you can post things that have been "buried" or that you'd like to see return. Or, if you're younger and didn't experience those years very much, you can post things that catch your attention or that are somewhat "forgotten" today.

I saw this at Kreayshawn's store; I think she was popular back then. There was a lot of clothing with rhinestone details at that time.

2008-2012 sucked. I'm sure 10 years from now, some gen alpha kids who never lived in those years will try to convince me otherwise though.

Do you remember when in those years, around 2008–2014, people would throw glitter, neon paint, or colorful powder at parties?

I liked it. Watched it in high school as it was coming out with friends. Completely memory holed this show until I saw this thread.
