I am a fashionless autist, so I thought I would ask here: How can I deal with this problem? I only like wearing jeans, but it seems no matter which ones I wear no matter how they're fitted, they slide off my ass, even with a belt. Granted it doesn't help I'm inexplicably losing weight, but even before that started this was an issue. Do I have to become some suspender wearing dweeb, or worse switch to sweatpants or something?

Go to a tailor to get the waist taken in.
Go to a doctor to address your unexpected weight loss.

if you have not changed your diet or activity level this is a very serious concern. several very nasty conditions first present like this with no other obvious symptoms. also buy a belt.

You'd have to be an assless skeleton to not be able to keep your pants on even while wearing a belt. Or you might be clinically retarded. Either way, go see a doctor. And stop wearing low rise jeans like a niggerfaggot. Get at least mid or high rise jeans.

Get a tighter belt, they come in different waist sizes. Sounds like you are skinny or overestimating your waist size.

Just... properly use the belt instead of twisting it inside your ass or whatevver you're doing
