Workwear, cowboy, old money... there seems to be a consensus on this board that all that macho stuff looks tryhard or cringe on us. What are some fits that we can actually pull off with this phenotype. I'm also in my 30s so dressing like a broccoli haired zoomie is a no-go.

It's a very limited question. No one would come here and say "i'm white, how do i dress?" or "i'm black, how do i dress?".
What's your culture? What's your status? Who are you?
Are you a high earner? then this

Menswear. It's called menswear for a reason, retards. Button up shirts and trousers are the default outfit for any grown man because they are neutral and non-trendy. You can wear them any time, anywhere, regardless of your age or the decade you're in and still look presentable, sharp, respectable and dignified. And with the infinite variety of colors, prints and patterns, you'll never run out new outfits. That's why men of all ages across the world used to wear them until the infantilization of men that happened after 2010.
Not to mention, button up shirts and trousers last REALLY long. They neither stretch out and lose their shape like t-shirts because the fabric usually has a tight plain weave, and they hold their color much better than something like denim, because they are dyed all the way through and not just on the surface. So they'll not age much for decades.

You're a fag, not an unc. Your grandpa used to wear every color under the sun like a man, because he wasn't a pathetic pussy too afraid to wear colors and patterns. Even his suits used to be more colorful than your casual outfits. Let that sink in, faggot.

However you like, as long as it looks good. Ignore the kids here. I'd check out this channel for what people in Tokyo are wearing.

Manlets with a massive head and narrow shoulders should never stack. They only end up looking like little boys.

90s middle school fashion was peak af. Prove me wrong.

Those are delusional millennials being nostalgic of their youth. 90s fashion on the other hand wasn't gimmicky slop only fit for runways. it was practical, comfortable, creative, and also pretty timeless. It was like the amalgamation of and an improvement on the best parts of every fashion trend that came before it. Fashion peaked in the 90s and early 2000s, which is also why it's getting revived now.

Depends on your professional setting and how you wish to be perceived. For most people what you describe is the safest option and unfortunately that is just the way its always been. Conform or be the weird manchild in most settings.

dressing 'professional' in europe just means you'll look like you work in sales. They all have slimfit blazers, tanned shoes and skinny dress pants. Its the used car salesman attire of europe.
>>
>>18661116
What is the alternative fit for salary work or faking it to increase your prospects? The left fit is anachronistic in every scenario I can imagine besides maybe a rendition of a cool dad having a backyard bbq in the 90s.
>>
>>18661116
This is what office attire looks like in the US. The issue is that it looks 2010s and needs to evolve and look more powerful rather than look like a dweeb. There’s no creativity, edge, or masculinity. It looks sensitive and meek. It looks like someone who works on an iMac at a marketing company rather than someone who’s attractive.
>>
>>18661139
In general public to socialize? Not that style whatsoever. In a strictly business setting, minimalism such as turtlenecks, buttonless jackets, pants with large waistbands so you don’t have to wear a belt, and “balloon” fit pants that are looser up top then gradually taper downward. Shoes should be laceless.
The current era “suit” for example is a type of leisure suit.
>>
>>18661142
I could see that working in a european atmosphere most definitely. Attempting that in any kind of professional setting in the US would be quite strange, it would be considered a step too far and teeter on homosexual. You would only really fit in within some kind of high end fashion designer environment.
>>
>>18661145
Believe me, that could also work in the US in a professional setting as well. It’s a modernized and stripped-down version of “menswear” and dress clothes.
Take a blazer for example. Remove all the frills and make it comfortable. Remove the lapels, turn buttons into a zipper, and lighten the shoulders. Shoes wouldn’t have laces. Instead they just slip on. A button-down would be a simple turtleneck that fits like a tee. It’s like putting the “suit” in tracksuit. Or vice versa.

>>
>>18661153
It really couldn't. We are stuck in our ways and throughout all periods there has been a dress code in such settings. It's an unwritten rule in most places, you wear what your peers are and that's it. Adulthood is just a continuation of high school politics and you don't want to be the "fashionable" guy.

guys is a white bomber jacket a good choice for a boyish looking asian dude who looks like a younger version of dude in OP?

We're talking about grown men here, not high school and college twinks. The only time a grown man should wear jeans is if he's an actual blue collar worker on the job, lives in a rural area, or doing something that requires rugged clothes like while working in the yard. The rest of the times wear proper trousers. No woman of worth wants to see a grown man dressed like a teenage boy.

2010s slim fit suits and office wear never looked "professional". It always looked faggy and sleazy. Button up shirts and trousers should always be in classic cuts and at least mid rise for them to look actually professional, comfortable and practical to wear. You don't want tight, uncomfortable and sleazy looking clothes when you're at work or trying to look presentable.
Ryan Gosling in that photo isn't dressed formally, but like a partying rich guy who might be bicurious. Slim fit clothes like that were party wear in the 2000s and 2010s, not formal.

the guy in your pic has a bomber jacket, but no the shiny plastic one which many brands have these days. Be on the lookout for a jacket with cotton. This one is also timeless and its not made from polyester.

Still too close to it. Besides the slim fit bomber in general is tacky now and associated with 3rd worlders. Go for something like this or even a plain knit varsity jacket without graphics plastered over it.

Seems like there's be awesome cannabis culture over there if it weren't for their draconian obsolete laws.
Is it just that it conflicts with their whole "high production society" values? Usually they are ahead when it comes to other things like technology. But when the USA, the birthplace of the whole misinformation campaign, finally comes to its senses and reverses course, why is it taking the other nations so long to follow? They could be profiting off of so much.
Anyway, I know there are lots of anti-weed wet blanket types here who will shit on me for this post and call me a junkie, but that's just the same old fashioned thinking. Get with the times.
Asians would make awesome stoners if they could get weed. I've known a couple here in the states over the years. But just a couple. Most of the Asians I've known have been just as driven as the stereotypes suggest.

ditch the whole bomber jacket thing because it was done to death. I'd suggest a versatile spring jacket like picrel. you metioned you have a cool skin undertone so avoid creamy/oat/sand colors, but whites are prone to get dirty so they best you can do (if you really ant white colors) is to stick stone/silver/light grays.
