Waterfield, but they are expensive. That said, I don't regret buying mine for an instant. Extremely sturdy build quality, very handy closing mechanisms, designed to wear very quickly without compromising the material but you can also repair it quite easily as well. Their stuff also makes a great gun bag since it doesn't flag as one, and the bag I use doesn't use any zippers or snaps, so I can quite literally just slip my hand in past the magnets and grab it. It's kinda perfect if you wanna carry a full-size without AWBing, frankly.

Filson are still pretty decent albeit pricey for the quality. They’re probably made in China though.

I have a suede one from banana republic that I like, but I will say I had to super glue the fucking brass buttons back on because the quality control there is fucking awful. But I like the suede and the interior lining is a nice like burgundy/purple and it has a map of the world on it so I like that. Good amount of pockets to store things as well.

Saddleback leather. They typically have a rugged style in chrome tanned leather, but they just released a more refined line with Italian veg tanned leather. I have EDC’d a chrome tanned satchel from them since 2012, holds up great. You didn’t mention budget, but get what you pay for with Saddleback.
