By not getting fat throughout your life. That way your skin stays relatively tight and doesn't sag too much in your old age. And maintaining a good posture. That's 90% of the reason why some people look good even when they get old. And the guy was a top athlete in his field, so he had good genetics to begin with.

Skin sagging is actually the result of having too little fat. Thought being fat does have 1294103460 other drawbacks that will cause someone to age poorly, skin sagging/wrinkling is not one of them.

This is why women talk about having to choose between their face and their figure as they get older. It's a binary choice between putting on enough weight to delay wrinkles, and staying lean enough to maintain an attractive body.

A man, on the other hand, is lucky because his wrinkles can look quite distinguished, especially if he simultaneously maintains a good physique.

Skin sagging happens from being fat then becoming thin and/or losing the facial fat over time.
Being overweight is the primary cause. If you've never been fat, you won't have sagging skin.

Agneli was both fat and abused from the sun.

Clint Eastwood, fit his whole life, no sagging skin and still has a great jawline at 95 years old.

Strong masculine features will keep your handsome up to your 70s if you don't lose all your hair at once. Pretty boys look good only until their late 20s then collapse
