None of those websites are cool. They're performative, aesthetic-driven little experiments done by people who can and often will abandon them once they get bored. The images are cute and the templates are nice but all they have to talk about is how busy they are with work and how gay they are. I cannot stress enough how terminally boring everybody on both those platforms is. They're so devoid of anything interesting to say, living such meaningless lives, that I can't even find a better insult for them. Do you know what the top tags on Nekoweb are by the way? I won't list them all, but in the top 20 or so you have furry, queer, autism, lgbt and trans. The NSFW tag is right in between Linux and cats. Lesbian, vtuber and plural are next to each other. These are NOT coincidences whatsoever. They're the byproduct of boring people desperate to seem remotely unique.
