I leave everything open, and haven't shut down for a couple of months. 110gb/512gb used. Firefox alone takes 60gb. It really depends on how you plan on using it, and if it's your primary device or not. For me, 96gb is the minimum for a personal computer, but 8gb is enough for a work machine.

the real problem is that you can't torrent very much for ARM/MacOS. the selection is tiny compared to x86/Windows. it makes it hard to choose even if everything else is great. software is really expensive.
