Why does a phone need more than 1GB of RAM? Serious question. They kill all the background tasks every 10 seconds to save battery anyway so they don't have anything to use the RAM on. Samsung specifically is the worst..

Current one is a Tab A9. No idea what tge older ones are, or were.
. I've a 10" I haven't sold yet, I think I'll take it down and wait 6 months to see if the insanity increases.
Do it now. Used Tab A are $50 items, since new they were like $100. But new prices have been creeping up obv.

$700 USD for a secondary tier smartphone is nuts. I used to buy cheaper phones, but went back to the flagships. Everything that doesn't use a flagship SOC on the android side is dogshit.
