It does, but unlike x86 the standards are so fucked, that arm support has to be implemented case by case basis.

Look at the AUR. Linux community can implement drivers and translate software to a different architecture if there is a push for it.

The standards on arm actually make way more sense than x86 the issue is the hardware manufacturers fuck around.

What they run other than Linux though? Windows? Microsoft is hardly even maintaining that.
