I'm looking at that AM3+ board and I can tell you that isn't the cheapest thing available. It's old but more valued for nostalgic reasons than it's utility.
There are billions more random ewaste LGA 1150/1151 mobos with dirt cheap CPUs that are going to be more usable than similar dirt cheap FX or Phenom
