klein and zit are all you should use. zit has a bunch of more recent loras that are pretty good (and klein is getting there too)
i still think chroma is a nice base but 1) no one's finetuning it and 2) lodestone's busy doing whatever he's doing so it's kind of a lost cause at this point

in my experience (and i was genning with flux1-dev-dedistilled for a while some time ago), klein does well at t2i and edit, but is just a tad less flexible than zit, and if you're gonna train a lora, godspeed to you. zit you can at least push around a bit and get shit done, with klein it just rolls over and plays dead

it could be worth trying to front load your style prompt. although these newer models like a narrative style, it doesn't mean you have to write in complete sentences all the way down. personally i'd rip out all the "we see blah blah" and all that, get some llm to give you a style prompt that nails the realism aspect and then the rest of the prompt can be terse, but not booru tag description of the rest w/o specifying the style at all
