NTS is obviously a contraction of netorase. No one is under the confusion that it means something else. But netorase for them maybe means something more ambiguous than what it's come to mean everywhere else. I've definitely seen the term used to discretely classify these kinds of works in places like NTRblog, Akibablog, etc, and the tag being added to dlsite is further proof of it taking hold. It's just strange it's taken so long, and is still so miscategorized.

Sometimes the term 貸し出し will be used in the marketing of these works, meaning lending, and I think it's a rather decent descriptor of the genre. At least insofar as some of these stories tend to go, that describes it well. The term netorase taken literally, meaning to let your partner be stolen, feels like a misnomer for these stories and could be part of the reason why it's taken it so long for it to take hold there.

I was following this story in a cope filled haze that it would actually be a ntr to pure love story at some point because the author said it would be. Nope, the fucker lied. So if you like ntr->nts then here's two routes from the same story. 褐色ボーイッシュな幼馴染 is the name by 雨之.. There's just two problem. You have to support the author on fanbox because to my knowledge his artwork isn't uploaded past a certain point on the usual suspects (ex/e-hentai) and Kemono hasn't uploaded his page in forever. The second problem is that lot of context can be missed since this is a text based story with visual aids. My pic example isn't a foursome swinging, it's the cuck wanting to see his wife get fucked by the ugly bastard and he used the foursome as an excuse to see it happen, then the swinging gets thrown away to focus exclusively on the nts. It's also route 1, route 2 isn't done yet, but it's following the same footsteps.
