It honestly makes him sound like just another liberal, as Bolshevism was characterized as the biggest threat to the bourgeoisie order, while the jews actually preferred things like Menshevism and liberalism. E.g. all the Austrian socdems were jews, and in Germany jews like Eduard Bernstein and Karl Kautsky were outright hostile to Bolshevism and Paul Levi even defected from the Commnists to the socdems.

I suppose it was because the USSR practically funded and organized communist factions around Europe, in Spain and in Germany etc.
The Bolsheviks were basically the communists that had power and authority around them to actually take on Germany since Russia was a traditional rival.
It was probably fueled by the fact that they were slavs so slav+jew+communist+rival = cocktail for resentment.

That said, Hitler also viewed capitalism as a jew sphere.
